Itinerary description

Hilly short route, with climb to pilgrimage site. Route is especially suitable as first exploration of the island. The climb - not along the main road, but along a small path - is spicy.

Waypoints

Puig de Randa

We do not climb the Puig de Randa along the main road, but along a small, spicy lane from Llucmajor. Make no mistake: this slope is a lot trickier than the main road. Just before you get to the main road, you pass a monastery that leans against the rock wall.

Llucmajor

On the way back we drive straight through Llucmajor, because cycling can be something else than mileage as quickly as possible. If you want to cycle faster, simply follow the main road that leads him west of Llucmajor.

Windmill

Just at a right angle in the road, in the garden of the Hilton is an old windmill. One of many in Majorca.

Hilton Sa Torre

In the garden of the Hilton Sa Torre, there is an old chapel built out of gratitude by a woman for her firstborn son. The chapel has been beautifully restored and is now a reception area. You can view them freely.
