Itinerary description
Was a perfect day for snowshoeing. It snowed the night before and the temperature was 5 degrees Celsius, and the sun was out.
The trail started from the Sohat water plant and followed an uphill trail to reach the bombed out Tele Liban aerial antenna at mount Kneissi. Part of the trail was a snowed dirt road. The scenary was breath taking whether you were looking at Falougha, Kfar Salwan, or the Bekaa Valley.
I do recommend this hike in any season.
