Lyngen Alps: Rottenvikvatnet: very beautiful hike, the most beautiful of the stay?

Lyngen Alps: Sor-Lenangen. nice ride

The "Lyngen Alps" are an absolutely remarkable and beautiful protected area, a kingdom for ski touring or downhill skiing without a lift. Athletes do not "hiking", they go up in sealskin to go down the slope on skis or snowboard. They have surfboards that can be split in two to "ski" up.
Now the region is splendid to explore.
Three apps are recommended: Norgeskart, Varsom regobs, Troms reise.

Very nice hike. At first we followed a wikiloc trail that followed the left side of the river until we came across a huge avalanche. Very impressive.
We turned back to climb the classic path on the right side of the river. Path much better protected from avalanches.
As always we saw skiers doing the Daltinden.
The normal departure is on the side of the main road.
If you use this route, please rate it so we can improve.
Good walk.
