Itinerary description

Another solo snowshoeing loop starting from the basecamp of 33North 2024 winter expedition in Cedars. The way goes up with a steep ascent. Be cautious during the ascent because there are a lot of baby cedars on your way, some of them are almost fully covered with snow (reforestation site). Amazing 360° sceneries all the way. Once you reach the valley under the French room (Jouwar Chaebarnoub), you have 2 options: continue your way up to the French room (Col Ainata- tough ascent, check one of my other trails), or continue your way in the valley. I was short on time and the clouds started to build up, so I took the second option. You can take any route you want to close the loop. Enjoy and stay safe.
