Itinerary description
Note the road is in pretty poor condition, and includes a stream crossing which floods out. From the car park before the hamlet follow the snow shoe track to the village turn right Infront of the Auberge (closed when we were there) in to the vallon du Roy. Possibilities for alt routes back. Note quite a few avalanches in the head circ.
