Itinerary description
Parking in Saint-Luc - I stopped at l'Achelli, 10 CHF for 24 hrs. Walk up towards the center of the village and turn sharp left and up. Follow snowshoe trail #4 towards Combavert. Once the trail turns away from le Toûno, aim for an opening between le Toûno on the left and a cliff on the right and start pushing up. There should be a bunch of skitourers showing the way. Once you get to the plateau keep pushing in the direction of Pointe de Tourtemagne. I decided to avoid the steep ascent to the lake on the "normal" way and headed for le Col de Vijivi to join the lake from the South. Return via the normal way.
Moving on to l'Hôtel Weisshorn I managed to save some altitude passing through Vijivi, crossing the Torrent des Moulins and SW of les Faches. From Hotel Weisshorn descent following snowshoe trail #4 again and Grand Bisse de Saint-Luc.
