Itinerary description
A magnificent loop around Mont Chery hovering above the village of Les Gets. The trail starts with a climb to the (Summer) village of Mont Caly, descent to Les Place and Bonnavaz where it continues along the Foron valley and than climbs again to l'Encrenaz and Mont Caly. I continued to the top of Mont Cheri gondola (addional 50m) and back to Les Gets.
Two sections of the trail are absolutely wondeful: from l'Encrenaz to Mont Caly and from there to Mont Chery - these are pretty flat section with amazing panoramas first toward west (pointe d'Uble and Praz de Lys area) and than south-east to the Mont Blanc massif.
