Itinerary description

Start in Mértola, head north for 1.5km until reaching the buoy and check point, turn around and head back south past the start to Penha d'Aguia checkpoint,turn around and head back north to Mértola and the finish/start line.

Checkpoint 3

This is the checkpoint for the 10km SUP. Please disregard this is you are doing the 23km roiute.

Checkpoint 2

Turn around here for the 23km RACE and 23km SUP route. Miss this checkpoint and you don't receive a completion medal.

Checkpoint 1

The first check point 1.5km from the start. This could be crazy busy and super fun. You may get wet! :)
