Itinerary description
Nice route from Old South Amsterdam via Olympic Stadium into the big lake of the Amsterdam Forrest. You have to take your sup out of the water at the Sluice. There are two easy ‘kano overgang’ piers for this purpose. I did the same route back but you could continue going deeper into the forrest. At the bridge where Stadionkade crosses the Parnasusweg you’ll find the famous Frietsteeg (excellent french fries). Easy to get out the water there for a fries break.
