Itinerary description

A two hour casual / intermediate paddle on the Middle Fork of the Willamette River. If you haven't run a river before on a SUP I'd strongly encourage and easier route before attempting Clearwater to Island Park Easy put in and take out, don’t forget a parks pass.

Paddlers should be comfortable balancing, understand proper paddling technique and safety. Belonging should be secured. Good opportunity to practice paddling, bracing, riding some small waves, eddy turns and enjoying the Springfield, Oregon back yard.

One of my favorite stops

A perfect place to stop and take in the views. Plenty of rocks to sit or jump off of. Pisgah is just south east of here and the coast fork confluence is just down river.
