Itinerary description
We started in Damme at ‘het Snoephuisje’. Ask local people for directions. Beautiful trail towards Sluis, border with the Netherlands. First part we were hindered by water plants. Basically you can only get in and out of the water at your left side. At the Sifon Bridge you have to take your board out of the water and walk to a spot just beyond the Sifon Restaurant (51.2669838, 3.2976780). Nice cafe to have a rest. We did not make it till Sluis and got out at Hoeke. You have to take your board out of the water here anyways and walk a bit. If you plan to continue to Sluis make sure to get out at the right hand side. Nice cafe also here.
