Moderate - difficult depending on the tide and wind etc.
Take care when crossing the harbour mouth as the current can be strong and there is a lot of boat traffic. Only attempt this if you're a confident paddleboarder with experience of paddling at sea. Check weather and tide times first. Try and return before high tide so that you are coming in with the tide.
