Itinerary description
A nice side road within the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The upper section has some loose gravel but the road is wide and gets better as you go. With the water level down so far, 4x4's have made dozens of trails trying to find access to the shore for fishing and camping. You could spend hours trying to follow all of them. There are some sections that can get pretty sketchy if you get too adventurous but it is easygoing if you stay on the main routes. The scenery can be spectacular especially at sunset.
