Central Asia, Pamir and Mongolia 14 (near Ishkashim, Tadjikistan - Murghab, Tadjikistan)
I continue along the Wakhan valley track, next to it is the Panj river that borders Afghanistan, beyond is the Hindu Kush mountain range and behind Pakistan and China.
I am about 3,000 meters above sea level and the eastern mountains are between 5,000 and 6,000 meters with completely snow-capped peaks.
In Langar there is a gas station at each point of the town, the first is closed, the second is gas but luckily they also have cans of gasoline, filling the tank as I will not find anything else until I reach Murghab, 250 kms.
Upon leaving Langar (2,700 m) the track climbs and I begin to cross overpasses: Khargush (4,340 m), Pereval Nayzatash (4,134 m) and I reach a beautiful valley where the town of Murghab (3,600 m) is located and look for a homestay have good views over the valley.
The Erali looks good, the lady who runs it is very attentive and has a good level of English and the price is good ($ 12 for dinner, bed and breakfast) and delicious food (tomato salad with cucumber, plov, bread , shai, cookies, chocolates and candies) a good choice.
The wifi works quite well, although I do not need it since the mobile I have a Ukrainian SIM with roaming for all these countries.
