Itinerary description
This trail is on the right hand side of the Nud-Mansar road. The section is marked difficult because of the initial up hill part,to Badnai, rest of the trail being moderate. The trail leaves the Nud- Mansar, main road and turns right into the internal areas of the Kandi belt, next to the river Basantar. As you reach the temple on the banks of river basantar, the trail will carry on to deeper areas. Just after the temple, the trail will go left and up hill. This section is very difficult and technical, it deserves all the attention, finally reaches Badnai. Crossing the length of the plateau , the trail will descend back towards the main road. The loop generally takes about 2-3 hrs.
