Itinerary description

Starting from La Puda, after visiting the Balneario (keep an eye out for a personal Keep On Dubbin grafitti done by some artists working there that day) following the river Llobregat with views of Montserrat, the beginning is quite rocky uphill before returning down by the riverside where the trail is easier. Quite a narrow trail with mountain bikers, dog walkers, hikers and even cars. Much busier at the weekend. A few areas down by the river that would have large deep puddles after heavy rains, I went a few days after heavy rains and there were some puddles but easy enough to go around or through shallow bits. It's a beautiful trail with other trails that look more difficult leading off uphill which I will try another day.
I forgot to stop the recording so it continues onto Abrera but a nice ride all the same and i took in an abandoned factory on the other side of the river, if anyone knows what it was/is and what it's called please comment. Its behind the Renault building off the main road which I drove up and down a few times to find the entrance, so theres probably a few squiggles on the map lol
