Itinerary description
Trail going from San Fernando to Punta Zaragoza. Best to do walking or horse riding.
FYI: I did this with a 200cc motorcross (motorbike with large suspensions).
Warning:
I would not advise to do it with a motorbike. The half of the trail closer to Punta Zaragoza is easy, it’s a dirt road. The half closer to San Fernando is a more technical single trail with 3 passages that are kind of dangerous. If you are as stupid as me and still decide to do it, please make yourself a favour by wearing a helmet and real shoes! I did it with flip flops and it was not smart at all. Ometepe is not famous for its hospitals so best to be conservative.
Finally, I of course started from San Fernando then went to Punta Zaragoza and back. I just recorded the way back.
