As easy as it gets for a trail run.
If you can try to avoid wind and rain, and better during weekdays as it will be less dense with walkers.
Very nice coastal-cliff views.
Mostly soft grass
Done in 2h 9 min moving time, allow extra time for photos.
If you go from Victoria with Southernrailways the return ticket to Eastbourne also allows you to get to Brighton and take train to Seaford (but check with the person selling the tickets).
