Itinerary description
I’ve successfully finished my first ultra trail running event – Animal Trail 57km, which was in the beautiful mountain area around El Burgo village. I registered for this event a couple of months ago, but I really didn’t care about training, or to be in the best shape. My whole philosophy in running is to simply run. I took my preparation with the same style. I ran a couple of times per week, did a little bit of bodyweight workout at home, but all those are my routine so nothing special.
