Itinerary description
The 3 peaks around the climbing area in Bellús. Cruz, La Creu & Ombria de la Caseta.
This was the run we were supposed to do when Soph’s calf blew. I went the same way as before as I had a target to time to chase and as I was on my own I wanted something so I didn’t just go out and plod. I ended up doing the 7.5km & 500m in 58mins so 7mins quicker.
The run back down was certainly better than walking and the last ascent up Ombria is really steep so it’s torture!
All in all a really nice run and despite tired legs from 2 previous days on the bike I felt comfortable all the way round.
