Itinerary description
A straight out and back run following the track that runs alongside the Canal.
At 1 mile there is a steep down hill of 200mtrs and the same going up at 5miles (on the way back). If you prefer a road run then do the same course on the road that runs the other side of the canal and it avoids the steep hill. The road can also be used for rollerblading (inline skating). A very versatile route really
