Desde Candeleda al Pico Almanzor, subida y bajada.
From Candeleda to Pico Almanzor, up & down.
Aunque reduje el tiempo del anterior record de solo subida en unos 27min, perdí mucho tiempo en la bajada. Debido a las altas temperaturas tuve que parar varias veces a coger agua, mojarme entero para refrescarme, dos paradas por problemas estomacales e incluso me senté en la sombra un rato. Todo ello hizo que tan solo mejorara unos 3min el anterior record de subida y bajada.
Although I boke the previos ascent only FKT by about 27min, I lost a lot of time in the descent. Due to the high temperatures, I had to stop several times to get water and splash my whole self to get cooler, two forced stops with stomach problems and I even sat down for a while in the shade at some point. That meant that I only bettered the up&down FKT by about 3min.

Hola, mañana quiero hacer tu ruta. Hay alguna dificultad en la subida al pico Almanzor?? Gracias de antemano
Hola Aitor, gracias por tu mensaje. La ruta se hace dura por la larga subida y bajada. A nivel tecnico hay trepadas y destrepes en la canal del km 12,5 aprox. y en el paso justo antes de la cumbre, ademas de terreno expuesto en el cuchillar y en la zona de la cumbre. En mi caso, la primera vez perdi mucho tiempo por desconocer la ruta, tratando de encontrar los mejores pasos, y la segunda vez por el calor y la falta de agua. Ya me contaras que tal. Mucha suerte!
