Itinerary description
It is all through mountain paths, red-white markings.
Views are occasionally very nice but majority of run is in forested areas.
Paths will be narrow and stony. There is only about 50 to 100 metres that maybe aided with metal chains to hold on to. It is not exposed except for a few hundred meters but terrain is steep at times.
Obviously the run up is a power hike and running down you need to be sensible.
4h32 moving time. Ok considering terrain. The Schweizmobil suggested hiking time 10h50 minutes for this track.
Actual Schweizmobil elevation for this track is 1900metres of ascent, a little higher than wikilocs estimate.
