Itinerary description
An easy, mainly flat run on tarmac, tracks and woodland paths.
This is a slightly different version of a previous run that gives more track and less tarmac.
There is plenty of parking at the start.
I did the open part of this run at first light and managed to avoid the sun. The last three kilometres is through woodland so it's a perfect run for high summer.
