Itinerary description
An absolutely uncrowded and enjoyable run. It starts and ends at the Chur railway station, making it really easy to access. The first and last km on asphalt, but the rest is all trail.
Note that it is not the best-indicated run path I've ever followed. There aren't as many yellow or white-red indicators as usual.

There is an alternative path at the top which adds a few meters by going through Pradaschier before reaching Dreibündenstein, and by going to Lady Patricia after the summit.
It is also possible to not go back to Chur and avoid going down too much by taking the cable car back.
