Itinerary description
This is an easy trail run, easy hike with some unique rock formation views to a natural 1.5km cliff amphitheatre.
I set out to hike but then past the cliff ridge I ran down. If you want to cut kilometres you can go a shorter steeper path down to Fontaine Froide just at the end of the cliff ridge, it will then be 11.5km instead of 15km.
Net moving time 2h10 so a fast hike or a very slow trail run..
