Itinerary description
There is nothing better than getting up early and going for a long run. The only thing you hear in the forest is the singing of the birds, so sweet. Also, I had to be quick since I was responsible for the bbq Sunday lunch :)
This small forest called Serras de São Tiago is such a nice place, little but very entertaining.
