Itinerary description
Ruta circular desde Sésamo pasa por Vega de Espinareda y sigue el río Cúa elevándose en la margen izquierda para bajar a San Vicente. Después de cruzar el río sube hacia el alto de San Bartolo y sigue por diferentes pistas hasta el Castro y la cumbre de Piñera. Desciende
al norte hasta el Corral de los lobos y de ahí al este por La Folguera hasta Sésamo.
