Itinerary description
Excellent trail starting from La Sentiu up to Bruguers (sharp up), then to the castle d'Emprunya (optional: mirador de Bruguers), next to the Desfeta tower and the roman trail back to La Sentiu.
We took it easy but can easily do in 2 hours or less.
