Itinerary description
A beautiful trail, isolated from the crowdedness alongside a silent river. Perfect for a morning trail run when the heat is still not striking, considering its low altitude.
Unfortunately, like the most majority throughout Lebanon, sewage effluent from town, villages, communities, cities... are being discharged into rivers and into the Mediterranean sea. Expect in few spots a slightly unpleasant odors during ur run :/
