Itinerary description
12.5K hybrid trail/road running in the picturesque, hilly area around the town of Begur (Costa Brava) starting at the village,and first up to the town's "castle" and then down to amazing "Sa Tuna" beach and along the coast to the "Sa Riera" beach, passing by the cala of d'Aiguafreda..and finally up a snaking steep road-hill back to the village. Elevation gain ~330 m. Painful but the beautiful landscape more than made up for the many steep ramps (and the usual getting frequently lost). “Unless you're pushing yourself, you're not living to the fullest.
