Itinerary description
I parked car in the middle of nowhere and started with quick run downhill to the closest village called Ojen. It was only about 5K to run there and back. After that I came back to the car and got more water and ate couple bananas, cherry tomatoes and little bit of my homemade energy gel. Then I decided to run to La Concha, which is one of the highest mountains here in Malaga area.
