Itinerary description
Loop from Kamares to Artemonas and Apolonia and back, following a bit of local asphalt road to find trails no7 and later 10 (www.sifnostrails.gr).
First 4.5km from Kamares is local asphalt road to reach trail no7 (Artemonas-AgSimeon). A bit boring for a hike/run, but I wanted to make it a loop so had to reach trail no7 somehow. From old mine the trail down to Artemonas starts with nice stone paths surrounded by traditional stone walls! Great views! After reaching Artemonas (end of trail no7), I followed nice narrow stairs between white houses to central square of Apolonia (island's capital). And from there back to Kamares with trail no10.
