Itinerary description
Very gradual almost gentle, but long up from Brunnen towards Stoos
The path is gravel, wide enough for a vehicle.
Once in Stoos turn to catch the mountain hiking path to Klingenstock.
In Klingenstock you have an aerial narrow ridge for about 3 km, and a further 1 km to Fronalpstock. The views are amazing but you may want to walk instead of running that path (which I did).
From Fronalpstock the views to the lake of Luzern, and central Switzerland are very good and diverse.
The path down from Fronalpstock to Stoos is easy to run as is the gravel road from Stoos down.
Moving time was 4h 6 min, total time nearly 5 hrs.
