Itinerary description
Starts in Lachen train station.
Very easy pre-alpine trail with good views of Zürich lake, Sihl lake, Einsiedeln, it all goes via yellow paths. 75% is soft ground, 25% asphalt.
2h40 min moving time. It can be done much faster as all the trail is runnable.
The path up follows route 3 (Alpine Panorama route) and the path down follows route 4 (Jakobsweg). To note that route 4 splits into two variants down from the Etzel pass and that descending you will be taking the one on your right.
