Itinerary description
Liendo is a village located between Santander and Bilbao, in Cantabria province. It has beach (San Julián) and it's sourronded by mountains.
In this track we started at home, Isequilla's quarter (pic.1) on the right side of the street. Then we took the right again and continued to the main road, where we crossed and continued to the church. There we took the right and continued until a street where we had to choose and we chose the left option. There we followed the signs to Camino de la Portilla (pic.3), and at the end we took the left and continued straight until we cross by a tunnel the high road. Then we took the right option (pic.2) uphill, but we came back as the way was not clear. Then we passed again the tunnel (but not crossed it) and took the left way (right in our direction) and again went up until we got lost, where we came back and took the right way. It was another mistake, because we couldn't continue at a point. We came back and finished passed the tunnel (pic.4).
The way is unpaved from the tunnel, and steep (is not runneable at some points).
