Itinerary description
A fantastic and quite spectacular ‘run’ it’s just spoilt by some of the trails and they are just un-runnable.
It started and finished well despite the storm damage on some of the trails but when you start to ascend up to the El Pont Natural and then beyond almost all the way to Toll de l’Ou the paths are impossible.
So the times are slow and the running awkward but the things you see are pretty amazing.
