Itinerary description
Starting and finishing at the climbing car park.
Follow the road then trail up to the col between Peña Negra & Montdúver and bear left. Follow this quite difficult trail to the summit and then continue down the road until the track to Puntal de la Font Nova appear (signposted) and follow this across more difficult terrain firstly to Penylaba and then finally Pic de les Aguiles. The trail then runs steeply down to Barx where you follow the road through La Drova, stopping at the Font if needed, until you reach a lay-by to another trail which takes you all be way back to Marxuquera.
A good run but tougher than the stats would suggest as the terrain as so rocky and broken you’re never hitting a good stride pattern.
