Mt Peregian (aka Emu Mountain) - probably the world's smallest mountain, but a fun one to trailrun.
See the YouTube video for the best description. I did this one running from our hotel at Coolum Beach. The summit is only 70m in height and is very easy to get up, but offers some fantastic views.
I decided to trailrun down the backside of the mountain. Going down has some extremely slippery rocky terrain - I had a small slip on this segment due to it being wet.
Highly recommend this track to anyone wanting an easy mountain to summit. Perfect for children too.
