Itinerary description
Its a small race around the mountains surrounding the NAPF peak. It is very scenic. The race might be small but it is very well organised (signs showing the way are abundant) and there is plenty of controls where you can hydrate and grab a bite to eat (other than a rain proof jacket and grippy running shoes it requires very little by way of equipment (running poles I think would be fairly unnecessary as the altitude gained is not that much).
The mountains are not very high but they are fairly steep so that creates a very scenic route. It is probably a great summer hike.
The only minor draw back is that the first 8 kilometres of climb up are in asphalt.
