Itinerary description
This loop makes for a great trail run, family walk or so it seems mountain bike ride.
The starting point is the large parking area next to Residenvia Canina La Sentiu.
Out of the carpark heading to La Sentiu 200 mts take the right turning up the PR-C39 forest trail which includes another left turn and then 4km incline towards Creu de la Clota.
From this large crossroad take the GR92 head towards Castell d'Eramprunya. After a scenic traverse you'll exits the trees and then immediately turn right down the PR-C39 track. Its starts as a wide track and soon become a technical downhill so watch those ankles. This route takes on great views and goes past historic fortifications.
The trail drops you down to Can Vinyes after which you'll take a very obvious right turn that leads back to the start.
