Itinerary description
This is one of the classic access routes to the upper area of the Sierra de las Nieves, and more specifically to the Torrecilla. At 1919 meters the Highest mountain in Malaga Province.
The big height difference allows you to see a variety of vegetation formations, from the pinsapo forest of the lower parts of this walk, to high mountain meadows dotted with hundred-year-old oaks. When you climb higher the panoramic views are stunning, difficult to overcome in other hikes.
