Itinerary description
Starting and finishing at the Santuari again but this time taking an easier ascent mostly up well levelled 4x4 tracks around the Figuerassa massif and up the back to just below Roc de l’Estany. From here it’s all signposted back to Queralt with a steep downhill & uphill still to do.
Good run, felt ok, chest is much improved but legs felt dead from Sunday.
