Itinerary description
Atitlán lake is a lake in a massive crater of a vulcano, in Southwest Guatemala. The lake is surrounded by other volcanoes and it's a very touristy destination.
In this track we started in our hostel (Hospedaje Lolita) and turned right and right. We continued on this street until then end, then we turned right and immediately left. We continued by it until the end, and in our way back we took so way on the left until we arrived to a village. Then we came back on our foot, passed our hostel (pic.1) and turned right on the street. We continued by this street and after Hotel Paraíso we turned left until we arrived to the main street. We continued by it until the laundry, where we stopped.
The way is mainly unpaved, and fair.
