Itinerary description
Very easy scenic trail, essentially flat and at sea level, 70% soft - 30% asphalt.
Skaftö is a tiny Island, if you are one of those who like running for hours on end, you will probably run the whole island in just one session. Getting out of the Skaftö island by your own feet is only through a narrow road with no hard shoulders and plenty of traffic. Orust is a better island if you want to do 20 or 30k+ distances.
