Itinerary description
This is a crude first cut at running to Buochserhorn from Stans and returning to Stans.
Net moving time was 3h13 and total time was 4h29. A little puzzling as I did not do major stops. Also the last 2 hundred meters up to the top of Buochserhorn were not recorded by the GPS (but I was there under the big white cross taking picture 3).
The path going up via Teuftal was sparsely signalled and not very walked (but very pretty). I turned back to try the main route (570).
One the way down, I was lazy and took a nice winding road and the the river path back to Stans.
Like the Stanserhorn these paths have muddy-wet-sand grassy sections which are steep and its easy to slip down (particularly when going down) without any major consequence.
Grippy trails shoes and running-hiking poles highly advisable.
