Itinerary description
Really enjoyable but really quite tough run. The trails here are not like those well groomed & cleaned trails in the Alps. It’s proper wilderness and proper trails. Despite the relative low distance and ascent this is as tough as anything we’ve done all summer.
The section between Tossal del Bosc de Casòliba & Tossal de Vilella is unrunnable so best to avoid this section. It’s probably cost us 30mins and although didn’t spoil the run completely it’s never good mid-run to walk so better to just go another way.
