Itinerary description
few days ago I ran my second ultra race. It was Ultra Sierra Nevada, 83km in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains in Granada. I registered for this race about 3 months ago. Because of the proposition of the race (83km / 5600+m vertical) I knew that I needed to start training a little more seriously. My whole “training methodology” has always been to just run whenever I want and how much I want. I’ve never had any specific training program or running calendar.
