Itinerary description
15k trail running race. A great wadi easy to access. 4G works fine during all 15k.
Nice mixture of terrain, small rocks, hard sand and river beds and a small wooden bridge.. camel farms... the trail is quite obvious... we started at 5am and cut off was 2 hours for the 15k. I love running in dark.. seeing the sun rise.
I had 1lt of water and 500ml electrolyte...
highly recommended very good organisation by Urban Ultra team.
