Itinerary description

Date : 2023.08.09
Duration on paper : 02h-04h (via ferrata only)
Duration real with breaks : 02h57 (via ferrata only) 05h21 with descent
Difficulty for me : K3+ ? (1st real via was extremely hard and exposed not fo beginners)
Physical : extreme
Technical : very difficult
Fear : extreme
Attendance ascent/summit/descent : high/high/low
Comment : This is a review from someone with only 4 years of hiking experience and the closest experience to a via ferrata were Le Luisin (T4 with lots of ropes but doable by hikers) and Sunnighorn (K2 that's more like a T4 hike) both require more legs than arms.
This new Via Ferrata (re?)built in summer 2022 3 difficulties we did the "easiest" one and always took the "easy" option (several difficult shortcuts available) now...
I don't know if there are easier K3 out there but this is as extreme as it can be without climbing "under" the mountain, a few steps are actually slightly angled backwards but luckily it never lasts long.
Still this is mostly vertical climbing with several vertical segments over the void so it's very difficult both mentally and physically. Short people and kids need not apply the 1m40 limit seems "optimistic" this doesn't have crazy jumps or things like that but several steps require long legs a kid won't have, it's also extremely dangerous, again lot of vertical ladders over air, I do not recommend doing this with no experience, do the Luisin T4 1st then Sunnighorn 2nd but let me be clear, they won't train you for this, this is a giant jump in difficulty...it's pre-installed mountain climbing nothing less.
There are two short monkey bridges, 1st one is easy 2nd one longer less so and then there's the pretty long hanging bridge (optional I think) which is a whole other level of stress and vertigo it's less stable, it's high above the ground and the descent from it is pretty hardcore, very vertical (again) descent going under the rock at one point, it's not long luckily and then you reached the end congrats.
We had average attendance on our climb (overtaken by 5 more experienced people) but going down it seems like there were many more climbing up (almost all of them on the K3 way)
P.S. the descent from the suspension bridge is under it to the left if you zoom in on my picture you'll see the cable going down-left (left of the left arm of the person on the bridge, needless to say this is not what I'd call "easy")
